The Norah Tour: Day #6

Two more days of the Norah tour!!   never thought that this many people would be supporting me and being so wonderful to me.  It meant so much to me that so many fantastic bloggers and designers took time out of their days to make up my pattern… thank you!

And oh oh oh my… When I opened up the email from Christine of
Heidi and Finn, I just about fell over.  No really, like, I couldn’t believe it.  I mean, I knew she was awesome at what she does (she is a pattern designer, after all) but I just had no words… that doesn’t happen often.  What she made is truly incredible.  Not only did she make one AMAZING Norah, she made 3.  Yep, 3.
Please read through to see what I mean….
Can I get really weirdly sentimental really quick?  Okay, great.   This is going to sound so weird and so strange, but I was so honored when Jill accepted my invite to this tour.  When Ainsley was a baby, she was a terrible, terrible sleeper.  (and I really mean terrible).  I was in her room for hours each night in her rocking chair and I would bring my Ipod touch with me.   It was then that I discovered Homemade by Jill.  It was full of fun crafts and photos and sewing.  I felt like I could understand what she was doing and I would read through her blog during those middle of the night rocking chair moments.  So, to this day, I still think Jill is awesome and that may be weird, but I am okay with that.

Her Norah Dress is so adorable!
And we all know Alida right??  I mean come on…Alida from Alida Makes is just such a good friend, knows style like no one else and I can’t think of many people sweeter and funnier than her.  I am so happy that I have gotten to know her.  The sherpa collar on her Norah is making me squeal!
