Strawberry Shortcake Minis

Um, hello delicious!
Get in my belly!

Ready to make one of your own?  Super duper easy!

Gather your ingredients:
*pound cake (either store bought or home made)
*fresh strawberries
*heavy whipping cream
* 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)

In a chilled bowl, whip up the cream until stiff.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, if desired.

Cut out a super fancy circle from your pound cake using a cute cookie cutter.
 Eat the end bits.
It would be a shame to have them go to waste, after all.

Cut up the yummy strawberries.
Goodness, I love strawberries.

Plop on your whipped cream and cut strawberries.
Enjoy.

Such a tough life, huh?
