Summertime 2012

It is so hard to believe that summer is almost over 
(excuse me while I shed a tear)

What a fantastic summer we have had, though!
Garrett is a teacher, which means awesomely fun and productive months together as a family.

It is always so sad to see the end come close, but we have so many great things to look forward to, like Ethan starting Kindergarten {gasp!} and Ainsley starting pre-school.

Here are a few snippets of what our summer looked like this year:

Lots of treats

And Jumping

And swimming

And giggles.

Enjoying the outdoors

And hugs

And big girl beds

And potty training

And smiles.

Playgrounds

And brother and sister love.

Bowling for the first time

And parades

With friends.

Lots of indoor imagination.

Can’t forget about Open Mic nights

for the adults and the kids

and complete exhaustion.

Don’t forget the animals in play towers

And owls with baby heads.

Because nothing says summer like a ceramic owl with a baby head on top.
