Georgia Vintage Dress: The Cottage Mama Pattern Testing

A few weeks ago, I was selected to pattern test for The Cottage Mama and I just about squealed!  Her patterns are to die for.  Absolute perfection.

Her newest pattern is a vintage inspired dress and it will be released via pdf and paper patterns next week.

The Georgia Vintage Dress
There will be multiple variations with this pattern.  The one I made has a double layer skirt, flutter sleeves, and the contrasting bib front.  I used pink ric rac instead of the piping for extra fun.
The back closes with buttons and a large sash
Perfectly vintage, right?
And you know I am a sucker for peter pan collars

I will be sure to let you guys know when this pattern is ready for purchase via my Facebook page and make sure you also “like” The Cottage Mama on Facebook too!

Enjoy a few more photos of my cheeky little girl:)

Soo darling! Have you ever read the children’s book “The Very Little Girl”? It’s a darling story but the colors of this dress and style of the dress remind me of the illustrations of the book!

The dress is just charming! The pink and green combination is perfect for a girly-girl dress and your choice of trims is perfection. Love the collar on this pattern and will check it out. I love vintage looks! Your photos of your beautiful child are just a pleasure to look at.
