The Hattie Top: Pattern Testing

Once again, I had the wonderful opportunity to pattern test for Peek A Boo Pattern Shop (seems like I have been doing a lot of that lately, huh?)  As usual, I love love love her patterns and recommend them to people all the time.

This particular pattern test was for the Hattie Button-up Tank and it is probably my all-time favorite Peek A Boo item.
 So classic and sweet.
I also made Ainsley a pair of Sailor Shorts to go with the top and we have gotten so many compliments on the outfit.

I now have these items available for sale in my etsy shop, if you would like to buy them instead of making them yourselves!
The Hattie Button Up Tank pattern has now been released and you can purchase it HERE (affiliate link)
I made Ainsley the size 4 and it fits perfectly.
It has the button up front and it ties at the waist.
We simply adore these patterns and I am sure you will agree!

Why oh why is everything you make so unbelievably perfect?! Great job and please don’t mind me if I pin and then copy ASAP! I just made my son a pair of those sailor shorts in plaid and I adore them! Although, truth be told, I like yours better!

Now I’ve made my niece the Hattie top and her own pair of sailor shorts are next. I’m noticing that your pink cuffs don’t look like rolled cuffs. Did you just sew them to the shorts RST then iron and topstitching? It looks like they’re a bit longer that way, no?

Yes, that is correct! I wanted them to be a tad longer so that is exactly what I did!
