The Bumblebee Dress: Pattern Tour and Giveaway

I am taking a break from my Handcrafted Holidays series today, in order to join in on the Bumblebee Dress Pattern Tour over at Sewing Mama RaeAnna!
RaeAnna is the lovely lady behind the new Bumblebee dress and I am so happy with how mine turned out!   The only change I made was to the sleeve construction because I actually ran out of fabric…shh, we will just pretend I meant to do that 😉  Everything else remained true to the pattern.   I used soft wale gray corduroy for the bodice and sleeves and Flea Market Fancy Fabric by Free Spirit for the skirt and ruffles.
The Bumblebee Dress is on sale for $5 throughout the pattern tour and it will not disappoint!  You can purchase it HERE and also try your luck at the giveaway below!
This pattern has multiple options including bodices and sleeve length.   I love options!   It also comes in sizes 3 months- 12 so you will get a lot of use out of it.
Sometimes, this kid makes me work for pictures and this particular photoshoot was no exception.
She even got one of the kitties involved.  He looks thrilled, right?
Thanks so much for having me join in on your tour RaeAnna!

thanks Nancy! I literally just drafted them last minute when I realized I didn’t have enough fabric. I would almost say that they are a reverse cap sleeve?
