Decorating for Christmas 2011

Man, I am so behind this year. Usually, I have my Christmas cards sent out the day after Thanksgiving, the house decorated by December 1st, and presents shopped for and wrapped by this point, but not this year! Not sure what happened, but I need to kick myself into high gear at this point if I want to get everything finished.
Want to see our Christmas decorations for this year? You do? Well, okay!

I literally just plopped the decorations around the house this year…. no rhyme or reason to it.  I have no time to think about it 🙂   I don’t even have any pics of the ornaments on the tree yet!  Yikes!
We still need to add some poinsettias and remove all of our remaining fall decorations like the dried up mums we have wilting on our front porch.  Now, I just need to finish my Christmas cards, finish shopping, and wrap presents!  Maybe it will all get finished before the big day.

Gahh. Of course your house looks fabulous! I’ve been so behind this year as well. Bleh. I would love to pay you to come decorate for all holidays at my house! This is my first year being done with college and having my own home, this season makes me realize I need to start collecting holiday decor! I have to get on top of it!
