Pumpkin Cake
As I promised!
Pumpkin Cake
-4 eggs
-1 and 2/3 cups sugar
-1 cup oil
-1 can pumpkin puree
-2 cups flour
-2 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-2 tsp. cinnamon
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
*Grease and flour a 9×13 baking dish
*beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin in one bowl
*mix dry ingredients together in another bowl
*add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, SLOWLY, and mix until blended
*Bake 25-30 minutes.
