I adapted this recipe from one I had found in an old Betty Crocker cookbook (that I have since misplaced).
Hot Artichoke Dip
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet of Onion Dip Mix
2 cloves of garlic (I love garlic, but you can reduce this if you want)
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Mix all ingredients into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes
- After baking, place under broiler for about 3-5 minutes to give it a nice, golden brown top.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, wheat thins, veggies (carrot sticks, tomatoes, broccoli, etc)
