I can’t believe it, but the time has come for Ethan’s first day of preschool. *sniff* *sniff* I was happy and sad all at the same time today when I left him with virtual strangers in a classroom. It will be a great experience for him and I am sure he will learn/grow so much, but it’s hard to see your baby grow up.
We were totally not sure how his day would go. I was worried that I would go to pick him up at school and find out that he had a “horrible/awful/don’t come back” kind of day. However, I was extremely happy to find out that he had a WONDERFUL first day…. the teachers were raving about how well he did! He even drank from an open cup, ate some Oreos, and did some artwork. What a relief! He was so excited to see me and Garrett and was beaming on the whole car ride home.
