Well, our house is finally under contract!!!!!!!!!!! Let’s hope it stays that way this time. The paperwork is signed, the earnest money has been paid, and boxes are starting to get packed. Phew!
However, we have had more than our fair share of troubles finding a new home. So far, we have found three houses that we loved and we put offers on and we lost all three of them for crazy reasons! I thought this was a buyer’s market?! Apparently, not in our case. A house will come our way, I am sure, but it is very exhausting to search and search and search with no luck.
Either way, we are doing the happy dance because our house sold! Yay!
