So, this is the house we are signing paperwork on tonight. Since we haven’t sold our house yet, it will be a contingent offer, so *fingers crossed* that no one else buys it before we get rid of our house!
We had a married couple that were going to buy our house, but it fell through at the last minute because they “got into a fight”. Real mature, huh? However, we have had tons of showings and everyone likes the house so far. We had another showing last night and one today. I hope we hear some good news soon!!!
