All three of us went to the first swim class this morning. Silly us forgot to take pictures of the event, but we will definitely remember for next week.
Ethan had such a FANTASTIC time! As soon as he saw the pool, his legs started flailing about and he was grinning ear to ear. We could hear him squealing and squeaking with excitement.
The class had about 6 other babies ranging in age from 9 months to about 2 years. He was in his element. Songs were sung, dances were danced.
There was one point where I think both Garrett and I almost died of a heart attack, though. The instructor, Ruth, took Ethan and dunked him under the water!!!!! You should have seen our faces, but for some reason, it didn’t even seem to bother the little guy! Go Ethan!

Sounds like Ethan had a great time. I’m thinking about signing all 4 of my kids up for lessons this summer. I just wasn’t sure if Ellianna would be old enough or not. Hopefully she will love it as much as Ethan!

Layne- I decided to take him to aquabilities. It seems to be a little more expensive, but it seems really nice!
Jer- You should definitely sign them up… I bet they would love it and it gets you all out of the house!
Gotta love those classes… My hubby used to teach water adjustment classes for babies 6 months and up and he loves it!!!
All my girls are water babies thanks to their daddy’s genes.
